From Ishimoto Brewing Company in Niigata, comes Koshi no Kanbai Muku, a refined Junmai Daiginjo sake. Crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 48% and brewed using the Sokujo method, it offers delicate aromas of white peach, Asian pear, and young grass. The flavour is a harmonious balance of rice umami, subtle sweetness, and minerality, with a smooth and elegant finish. Can be served chilled or gently warmed.
